Boots are lovely colour and soft leather Unfortunately I had to return as leg was too tight and because no elastic to add a little width I couldn’t zip up otherwise I would have kept them:(

These boots are both elegant and comfy. I can wear them all day. I love how versatile they are. Since this boot comes in full sizes, I ordered a 38 (I'm usually a 7.5) and they fir perfectly.

Excellent personal service in sorting out my error in ordering. Bought a 40 - (usually 39.5) and fit good - will allow for fine socks or winter lightweight tights. Will be good to wear when weather not fit for my lovely Park boots!!!

Navy is beautiful Super-comfy and versatile. 39 was perfect for my US size 8 feet. Slightly narrow, which is good for me.

This has been more comfortable than I assumed. I have had long walks in them and not felt any discomfort, still new to the slides but love it so far.

Definitely size up if you are on the edge of one size. 34 is pretty narrow for size 4 US. However beautiful boot, very soft!

These shoes are true craftsmanship. The quality is amazing. So beautiful. They were slightly bigger than my normal size but Dear Frances quickly returned them and supplied a smaller size. Very happy.

Amazing boots! Soft, comfortable and classic. Shipping and customer service are top notch. One suggestion would be if lighter colours of these boots can have the same colour soles and not black as its too much of the contrast :-).

I love the quality of the boots and the style . The only problem I have is the width above the knees fits tight.

True to size maybe a tad big. I ordered my normal size in a heel and have room for socks. The fit on my calf is perfect. Very comfortable
